PRE-RETREAT PREPARATION

Upon Registration You can Expect a Welcome Discovery Call to Create Your Intentions and Goals for What You Intend to Get Out of Your Personal Retreat

You will be sent a pre-retreat assessment and information form so that we can best personalize your experience

Once your forms are completed, We will contact you to go over your information form and create goals with you.

After the Retreat, you will receive a personalized post retreat follow up call to make sure you are continuing to apply the tools learned from the retreat.

Check in call 2-4 weeks prior to arrival to make sure you are prepared and all arrangements are taken care of.

 

DAY  1  -  CREATING BONDING

12:30 – 1:30pm – LUNCH (Welcome, Housekeeping, Review Schedule, What to Expect)

1:45pm – 3:15pm – Why We Settle For Less Than We Deserve - And How to Stop (Breakout Group 1)

3:15pm – 3:30pm – BREAK

3:30pm – 5:00pm - Cultivating Community (Breakout Group-2)

5:00 pm – 7:00pm – break and group mingling exercise

7 – 8:30pm Dinner: (Ice-Breaker exercises)

 

DAY 2
7:30 - 8:15   AM = Morning Yoga

8:30 -12:30 AM = GROUP EXCURSION (TBD) – Interactive Discussion

12:30 – 2pm – LUNCH DISCUSSION (The Value of Going Within)

2:00pm – 3:30pm – Workshop Breakout (Making Mastery Sensual)

3:30 – 5:00pm – Workshop Breakout (HeartMath - Why Listening to the Heart is Essential)

5:00pm – 7pm – Networking Happy Hour

7 – 8:30pm Dinner: (Evening Sharing - What's Opening Up So Far)

 
 DAY 3
7:30 - 8:30   AM = Morning Yoga

8:30 - 9:30   AM = Breakfast (Recognizing Unhealthy Behavior)

9:45 -10:45 AM = Workshop Breakouts (Finding Your Freedom: The OFF Switch)

10:45 TO 11:00 AM = BREAK

11: 00 -12:30 PM = 2nd Workshop Breakout Exchange (7 Illusions Keeping You Stuck)

12:30 – 2pm – LUNCH

2pm – 5:00pm – Free Afternoon - Included Spa Services - (optional private coaching sessions available)

5:00pm – 7pm - BREAK

7 – 8:30pm Dinner: (Group Sharing Session – Debrief of the Day – What is becoming Clear?)

8:30 – 9:30 pm = Game Night

 
DAY 4
7:30 - 8:30   AM = Morning Yoga

8:30 – 12:00pm = FREE MORNING (for Individual excusions, rest, spa time, etc)

12:30 – 2pm – LUNCH

2:00pm – 3:30pm – Workshop (Creating A Life of Your Design) –

3:30 – 5:00pm – Workshop (Avoiding the Superwoman Complex) – NICOLE P SWINER

7 – 8:30pm Dinner: (What's Becoming Clear & What's Opening Up?)

7:00 - 8:00   PM  = Appreciation Dinner & Award Night

 
DAY 5

8:30 - 10:30   AM = Continental Breakfast (Discussion – Experience of Retreat, Feedback)
