30 Day Stress Free Mom MD Self Care Challenge! Read on for the details.
This is not about creating resolutions...we know those don't work. This is about creating new habits. It takes 21 days to make a habit, so why not create the habit of making ourselves a priority.
This challenge is designed to shift your mindset and help you develop a new foundational skill set for self care. Each day of the week will have a repeating theme. The object of the game is to make through all 30 days doing one self care act each day in accordance with that day's theme. However, if you can get through 22 days, you can consider it a success as well!
And YES there will be prizes for those who make it to 22 days as well as those who make it through ALL 30 DAYS!
In fact, if you choose to participate, I will have something special for you just for taking action and making a valiant effort!
The challenge will commence January 1st! I will post a calendar with the themes so you can print and post on your refrigerator as a reminder throughout the month! I will be posting daily to help encourage you to keep the momentum (PLUS I will be taking the challenge myself).
