Ingredients 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour ¾ tsp baking soda ¾ tsp salt 1 cup mashed banana (about 2) ½ cup 100% pure maple syrup 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk) 1½ tsp pure vanilla extract ¼ cup chopped walnuts Directions Preheat oven to 350°F.
